Credits are used as follows, see below for FAQ or other optional features.
Basic Usage:
- Contact Verified on LinkedIn - 1 Credit
- Contact Email - 3 Credits
- Contact Phones - 9 Credits
A standard new contact costs 13 credits total.
Optional Features: These features may not be on in your account, reach out to your RightBound CSM or contact if you are interested in utilizing.
- Premium Data Match (Using Personal Emails to source data) - 2 additional credits per contact
- Phone Scoring (PhoneReadyLeads Phone Scoring) - 24 additional credits per contact
FAQ:
Q: How is credit usage determined?
A: Credits are only used if a contact can be matched to LinkedIn, and then if data is found. Example: A contact is matched to LinkedIn, and an Email is sourced, but no phone can be identified. This contact would cost 4 Credits (1 credit for LinkedIn match, 3 credits for email).
Q: How can I see my current usage and remaining credits?
A: On the RightBound Dashboard page there is a credit module in the bottom left. Click the arrow to download a full report of credit usage broken out by user and type of credit.
Q: Are Credits Charged for duplicate contacts?
A: Yes, if a contact is sourced in multiple lists, or enriched multiple times credits will be charged for each instance.
Q: Does the "Only include contacts with verified emails (may take up to 24 hours)" option cost additional credits?
A: No, this does not cost additional credits.
