The CRM Insights Snapshot is designed to give you a demo of some of the main use cases for the RightBound CRM Deep Dive.
The CRM Snapshot feature has several pre-created quick filters to give you inspiration and showcase how the RightBound CRM Deep Dive features can provide value and insight into your CRM data.
To run navigate to CRM Insights, and the first page will show the "Generate" button.
- To run there are a few pre-requisits.
- You must connect your CRM (SalesForce or Hubspot) It is recommended you review your mapped fields for accuracy.
- You must create at least one persona in the persona page, and it must be active. This will be used for sourcing the new contacts.
Once you click "Generate Snapshot" the system will take approximately 10-30 minutes to generate the report. You can navigate to other pages, or close the app if needed.
Results
Once complete there will be four categories of data (based on what the app could find and enrich.) Each will have a small preview of the contacts and number of people found, and you can select the download button on each to view the full details.
- New Contacts in Close Lost Accounts - contacts that were not in your CRM from accounts marked as closed lost from your personas you created.
- Champions who moved to new companies - contacts in your CRM today from your closed-won accounts who have been identified as moved to new accounts.
- New contacts from active accounts - New contacts not in your CRM from accounts active in the past 30 days in you CRM.
- Contacts with new mobile phone numbers - Contacts in your CRM that did not have phone numbers that RightBound was able to enrich with phones.
CRM Snapshot can only be run every thirty days, and is shared across all Admin users.
