Dynamic Filter Templates

As Admin, you can use one of the predefined templates to help RightBound find the right accounts for you and your team.

There are two types of dynamic filters:
  • Custom - admins can customize rules (fields and values).
  • Template - admins can save the time and hassle of customizing filters from scratch. We have two common pre-selected fields - all the admin needs to do is select the value:
  • Recent activity: the default value is 30 days; admins can edit the requested timeframe
  • Stage: admins select the requested stage/deal value(s) out of a picklist

  • Each dynamic filter shows the total number of accounts in the CRM
  • Admins can edit fields/values - the total number will update accordingly
  • CRM Insights  - Admins can review the number of accounts  and contacts to include in their research:
  • After selecting the dynamic filter, Admins review the total number of accounts and contacts the research will cover.
  • Admins can update their selection to focus their research, avoid credit issues, etc.
  • Admins must approve the CRM Insights research.

There are two types of data you use in the filters from your CRM:

Accounts and Opportunities

The terminology varies based on whether you are connected using SalesForce or Hubspot - but the functionality is the same.

Accounts / Companies - filter based on fields in your CRM on the Account (Company) level

Example: Pull in accounts based on the Intent Score field

Opportunities / Deals - filter based on fields in your CRM on the deal/opp level.

Example: Pull in accounts with a "closed lost" opp status

You can mix and match these fields to create the perfect filter of accounts.

*** After creating the dynamic filter and checking the box, you must navigate to the research settings, select the filter, save it, and then the accounts will be visible.
