The manager can use Dynamic filters to ensure that the team is focused on the right accounts.
After integrating with either CRM or SEP the Admin will define the Dynamic filters.
The purpose of Dynamic Filters is to help managers ensure that their team focuses on the right set of accounts.
After setting the Dynamic Filters, each SDR will receive a list of accounts. In the account selection, the SDR will see the accounts that match the persona.
If no Persona matches, The SDR will see the account but Zero more Contacts can be found as we couldn't find it
If no dynamic Filters, the Users will not see their account list sources from SF. ( They will see accounts from the accounts upload list; if SEP is connected, the SDRs will see their worked accounts )
The SDR can create a persona on these accounts to get the right contacts or if the persona was shared by the admin.
On the left menu click on Dynamic filters
click on . on the upper right side.
You will get 3 options :
1. Contacts in active accounts:
The outcome of this dynamic filter will be a list of accounts with recent activity
**If you want to populate this list of accounts to be the actual accounts to source you can check the box
2. Opportunity tracking
The outcome of this dynamic filter is a list of accounts that have opportunities associated with recent activity.
3. Create a custom filter
Dynamic Filter Logic :
The relation between two dynamic Filters is OR
The relation inside a dynamic filter between the rules is AND.
Examples of Dynamic Rules :
All the accounts where the last activity on associated opportunities was done less than a month ago
All Closed Lost opportunities where the reason for the Loss is Price.
if you choose to check the checkbox, you will see the accounts under the accounts
In any case, you need to go back to the research settings and choose this filter in order to source these accounts,
The SDR can see more accounts with a different Source type in the account list. For example, If the SDR uploaded a list, If the Admin uploaded a list, Account with ongoing activities pulled from SEP and, of course, Dynamic Filters
