Integrating with CRM or SEP Basics

How to connect your CRM or SEP to RightBound for autonomous prospecting and more.

Connecting your CRM (SalesForce or Hubspot)

  • To connect SalesForce or Hubspot you must first be logged in as an "Admin" user into the RightBound app.
  • You must have Read/Write permissions enabled as an Admin in SalesForce/Hubspot as well. 
  • Log into SalesForce/Hubpsot and keep open in another window. 
  • In RightBound navigate to Settings -> Integration

  • Under "Customer relationship management" click "Connect" on the SalesForce option or Hubspot option, depending on which you wish to connect. Please note - you can only connect one or the other in your RightBound account.
  • You may be prompted to open a new window to confirm, or to authorize. Follow the prompts to finish the connection. Make sure the final pop-ups says "Connected" to confirm you have completed correctly.
  • You can refresh the page once complete and you should see the "Connected" checkmark on the system you connected.


  • Once connected click on the SalesForce or Hubspot button to edit your field mappings, account ownership field, and disconnect options.
  • It is recommended you review the field settings closely to make sure you have mapped all required fields in your CRM, and added any additional details you would like to received. Example: "RightBound" as contact source. 

Connecting your SEP (Outreach or SalesLoft)

  • To connect Oureach or SalesLoft instance you must first be logged in as an "Admin" user into the RightBound app.
  • You must have Read/Write permissions enabled as an Admin in Outreach/SalesLoft app as well. 
  • Log into SalesLoft/Outreach and keep open in another window. 
  • In RightBound navigate to Settings -> Integration

  • Under "Sales engagement platforms" click "Connect" on the Outreach option or SalesLoft option, depending on which you wish to connect. Please note - you can only connect one or the other in your RightBound account.

  • Follow the prompts to finish the connection. You may be asked to confirm or authorize in a new window or directly in the app. Make sure you follow all prompts to complete, and see a "Connected" pop-up to confirm.
  • Once connected you can refresh the page to confirm you have connected the system you chose.

  • Click the Outreach or SalesLoft button to open the settings. Here you can edit the fields that are pushing, and Dispositions read back to the RightBound app. as well as disconnect the integration if needed.

  • It is recommended you review the field settings closely to make sure you have mapped all required fields in your SEP, and added any additional details you would like to received. Example: "RightBound" as contact source.
