RightBound is able to score phones through the assistance of our partner PhoneReadyLeads.
When running contact enrichment or syncing ongoing research in the RightBound app you will see options to score phone numbers. This optional feature can be used to get scores for the phone numbers RightBound provides.
In this process PhoneReadyLeads will call the phones scored for a contact to confirm validity of the number, and the likelihood of a contact to answer when called.
Credits: Scoring a phone for a contact is 8 credits per contact, up to two numbers may be scored based on availability for the contact.
To enable on a contact enrichment or in the ongoing research you can check the "Score mobile numbers" box to turn on phone scoring.
Phone scoring will take time! Since this is a manually process lists will take longer. You can track the process of the list on the page. Please allow at least 48 hours for lists run with phone scoring on.
Scores: The phone scores breakdown into the below categories.
P1 - Priority 1 (Phone Ready Lead®) - These leads have the highest propensity to answer the phone. We recommend a call only sequence or cadence for these leads
P2 - Priority 2 - These leads are great for the traditional multi-channel sequence or cadence.
P3 - Priority 3 - These leads will have a lower than average dial to connect rate and may be better used in an email or social only sequence or cadence.
Any phone numbers that PhoneReadyLeads detects as invalid are automatically removed and never sent to your system or in the CSV download.
