Research Settings

Admins can now set their team's push frequency, amount limitation, and enrichment preferences.
This feature allows the Admin to control and review the team's overall workload, credit usage and general behavior for ongoing and on-demand research. 
Admins should manage their research settings in light of the team's credit balance and purchase additional credits as needed.
 
A quick explanation of each part:
Ongoing research - Admins set preferences for the team's CRM dynamic filters, SEP activity and Admin's list upload research:

  • Push frequency: Admins choose whether contacts should be pushed to members' CRM/SEP on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

  • Amount limitation: Admins limit the number of contacts team members can get per the selected time period. (Example: if set to "Daily" and "5" each rep will get 5 contacts per day)

  • Contacts Emails and Phones - Admins select whether their team gets:

    • Contacts with emails (default).

    • Contacts with mobile phones (Admin may also select the team gets only contacts with mobile phones).

    • Phone Scoring - run contacts through Phone Scoring. See Phone Scoring page for more information. 

On-demand research - members upload a list for their own use and get a CSV file output (doesn't push to CRM/SEP):

  • Admins set the max number of contacts a member can get when uploading a single list on the Lists page (max is 5k).
